Who we are

Nouzolilakaz Properties Ltd ("we") is a real-estate agency in Mauritius. We are the controller of the personal data collected on this website, under the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017 and, for visitors in the EU/UK, the GDPR. Contact: nouzolilakaz@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: your name, email and/or phone number, your message, the listing you asked about, the page language and the time of the request. For abuse prevention we process your IP address and browser user-agent.

With your consent only: audience-measurement data (Google Analytics) and advertising data (Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API). See the cookie policy.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and follow up on the property you are interested in (steps taken at your request), to keep the site secure (legitimate interest), and, if you accept cookies, to measure our audience and our advertising (consent).

Who receives it

Our sales team, through our internal messaging (Telegram). Our hosting provider (Vercel). If you accepted cookies: Meta Platforms and Google, which receive your email and phone number only in hashed (SHA-256) form. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer when a sale goes ahead and the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time (use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page). Write to nouzolilakaz@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
