About
A Mauritian agency, built around the notary table.
Nouzolilakaz Properties Ltd is a land, development and sales agency. On some projects we are the developer; on others we are the sales agent for the promoter.
We publish exact prices and real availability, we send the location, brochure and price list in one go, and we never hold a plot without a deposit at the notary. Most of our sites can be visited on your own, any day.
We answer in English and French, on WhatsApp, every day of the week.
Exact prices
The price you see is the list price. No bait figures, no monthly-payment teasers.
Real availability
Sold and reserved lots are taken off the page.
Notary first
Deposits and deeds go through the notary, never through a hand-to-hand payment.
